Definição
- Uduk, also known as Tw'ampa, is a Koman language spoken in the Gambela region in western Ethiopia, and across the border in the Upper Nile state of South Sudan. It is spoken by approximately 20,000 people in Ethiopia; the number of speakers in South Sudan is unknown (Ethnologue 2009). The Koman languages are a close-knit group which are often held to include the now extinct language of Jebel Gule and, on a deeper level, to be related to Gumuz and many other languages under the Nilo-Saharan umbrella (Bender 1983).
